RESERVATIONS

• Reservations are subject to availability.
• The hotel reserves the right to modify reservations based on availability.
• Reservations shall not be binding until acceptance and confirmation has been received from Zhiwaling.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by depositing amount equivalent to 10% of the total invoice as non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

 

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

COMPLIMENTARY POLICY FOR TOUR GROUPS

• 11-15 pax: 50% off on the room rate for the tour leader only
• 16 pax and above: 1 room complimentary for the tour leader.

 

CHILD/INFANT POLICY

• Children under 5 years and below sharing room with parent, FOC on room
  including breakfast
  Children 5 years old and above, USD 144 inclusive of taxes, the extra bed rate.
• Children 5 years until 13 years will be charged 50 % on meal rates.
  Breakfast will be complimentary if extra bed rate is charged extra person charge
• Children over 13 years and above adult rate or refer extra bed rate (USD 222 inclusive of breakfast, dinner and taxes) if sharing a room with parents

 

8. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

• The check in and checkout time is 12 noon.

Late checkout policy:

• 12 pm-2 pm, we will grant an extension without charge, if requested in advance and subject to availability.
• 2 pm – 6 pm: USD 75
• Beyond 6 pm: full night charge.
• Any exceptions to the above must be specifically stated otherwise in writing by the hotel.
• Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability and Hotel Management discretion.

 

PAYMENT & CREDIT ARRANGEMENTS

PAYMENT: A prepayment for all accommodations is required prior to guest arrival. Payment may be made via cash/credit card or by bank settlement.  All bank charges, (including intermediary bank charges) to be at the expense of the guest/agent. CREDIT: Zhiwaling does not operate credit facilities.

 

LIABILITIES:

• The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.

 

 ADDITIONAL POLITIES:

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
• Pets are not allowed.
